Hollow Ash is our eight-acre smallholding overlooking the valley of the River Monnow in the Welsh Marches. We have recreated wildflower meadows, planted native woodland, and three acres are set out as traditional orchards. The fruit is harvested to make our own juice, cider and perry, and the woodland is coppiced for fuel and to benefit wildlife. We share our little bit of paradise by letting out two shepherd huts for holidays.
