Single variety medium Perry 2023
My first chance to ferment from this esteemed pear. I have been waiting patiently for the trees in the Callow orchard to bear a decent crop and this was the first year they came good.

Tasting notes
A good balance of sweet and sharp, with soft tannins. A hint of grapefruit and cream soda.
